• We ship using UPS weekly on Mondays and Tuesdays. If you need your paks to arrive before the weekend, make sure to place your order by Sunday evening!   

• No substitutions are allowed, and we cannot add to or modify your order once it has been placed.

• Vutchery cannot ship food products to a PO or APO Box. 

• Shipping, insulation & ice packs are included in the displayed cost.

• Products are perishable and must be refrigerated upon arrival.
